Shipping and Returns

Our thoughts on delivery and the environment.

Most people have a local Post Office but not a local courier office. We believe that by using the Royal Mail it is the easiest most environmentally friendly and convenient way of making sure that your receive your parcel if you are not able to accept the parcel at your door.

By using this postage method we can significantly reduce the delivery charge made to our customers.

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery, if next day delivery is required then kindly contact us and we will make arrangements. We aim to ship all products with 48 hours of receiving your order, with the exception of weekends. However if your order is urgent then will do our best to ship it sooner.

We do not charge for postage and packaging.

The Natural Spa Company follow a clear address policy, we always require a postcode.

Postage rates are subject to change without notice, however so far it has never happened!

Payment Options

Currently, our payments are handled via Paypal. You can make credit card payments via Paypal without having to have a Paypal account. Payments can also be made by personal cheque. Kindly download the order form and send to our contact address. Orders by cheque will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared.

Returned Cheques.

If you issue a cheque that is returned by the bank, no other cheques will be accepted on future orders.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are returned in the original packaging and original condition.

Damage Claims

If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the Royal Mail will need to inspect a damaged order.

When things go wrong

Postal insurance is compulsory on orders with a value above £32.00. In the very unlikely event of a parcel being lost please contact us at info@thenaturalspacompany.co.uk. We will then file a claim with the Royal Mail.

Royal Mail will investigate and insurance will be paid. However, if it is found that Royal Mail have delivered the item and a fraudulent claim may have been made, then The Natural Spa Company Ltd will not be held responsible in this event and will support the Royal Mail in its fraudulent investigations.
